There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions. 2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. (If smoke odour is detected there will be additional charge of $350 USD. 3. Please be mindful of noise, especially after 9 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated, you may be asked to leave with no refund. 4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed. 5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess and extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for the next guests. 6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am. I often accommodate late check-outs if I know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half-hour stay. 7. All bookings require the Primary guest's photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age. 8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved. 9. No pets allowed to book this property. Thank you for your respectful cooperation in maintaining My home!
